1. All members must pay the yearly dues for Membership

2. Each individual’s donation fee is 21.00$/Year

3. Each clergy member’s donation fee is 65.00$/Year

4. For each Associate church or parachurch, the donation fee is 65.00$/Year

5. Each Affiliate church or any parachurch, the donation fee are 65.00$/Year plus the fee per attendance as shown under
